Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for all aspects of work planning and organization for your construction projects.
- You lead teams of varying sizes and assign tasks in a goal-oriented manner.
- You will supervise apprentices and other trainees and coordinate collaboration with subcontractors.
- You plan staff assignments and project schedules.
- You will be responsible for organizing the procurement of building materials, machinery, and equipment.
- You will prepare reports and document construction progress digitally.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations on the construction site.
And that’s you
- You have completed a vocational diploma (EFZ) in a relevant field and have completed further training to become a foreman.
- You have several years of professional experience in construction site management and work planning (AVOR).
- You have a Class B driver's license and are available to work on-site.
- You have good computer skills and enjoy working with digital processes.
- You stand out for your leadership skills and communicate clearly and openly.
- You value teamwork and place importance on collegial interaction.
