MTB GmbH is the new Top Partner of HC Eintracht Hildesheim
MTB GmbH is now an official sponsor of the long-established handball club Eintracht Hildesheim. Through this partnership, we actively support competitive handball in the region and demonstrate our commitment to team spirit, youth development and sporting progress.

Information on the company acquisition
We are very pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 March 2025, MTB GmbH has acquired the business operations of Dammeyer GmbH & Co. KG.
Over the past few weeks, we have worked closely with attorney Ingo Thurm of PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH, acting as the provisional insolvency administrator, to negotiate the acquisition of all business divisions, organisational structures, employees and assets of Dammeyer Bauunternehmen GmbH & Co. KG. On 1 March 2025, insolvency proceedings were formally opened in respect of the assets of Dammeyer Bauunternehmen GmbH & Co. KG, and attorney Ingo Thurm was appointed as insolvency administrator. The business operations and assets were transferred to MTB GmbH immediately afterwards.
We have not acquired the company name Dammeyer Bauunternehmen GmbH & Co. KG. All business activities will therefore continue under the name MTB GmbH.
We have successfully retained the majority of the employees. As a result, the familiar standards of quality and reliability will remain unchanged, while all existing services and specialist expertise will be preserved.
By acquiring Dammeyer GmbH & Co. KG, we are expanding both our company and our range of services. This will enable us to respond even more flexibly to your individual requirements and provide you with the same first-class quality and tailored solutions you have come to expect.
With immediate effect, we are fully available for all orders, enquiries and services. We look forward to continuing our successful cooperation with you and moving towards a strong future together.
