Your responsibilities
- Du koordinierst und führst das Baustellenteam im Hochbau
- Du planst und überwachst die täglichen Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Bauleitung zusammen
- Du koordinierst Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten
- Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt und unterstützt bei der Baustellenorganisation
And that’s you
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen (z. B. Maurer, Betonbauer, Hochbaufacharbeiter)
- Du hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Polier oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung und führst dein Team motivierend
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
