Your responsibilities
- You will be independently responsible for processing the monthly payroll for our administrative staff and employees in the construction industry.
- You will maintain and manage personnel master data and time management.
- You will handle communications with SOKA-BAU, health insurance companies, tax offices, and other institutions.
- When it comes to salary-related questions, you are the first point of contact for our team and management.
- You'll work closely with the Human Resources department and external agencies.
And that’s you
- You have completed a business apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting—ideally in the construction industry.
- Ideally, you already have experience with BRTV and SOKA-BAU.
- You are proficient in using payroll software. Experience with BauSU is a plus.
- You work independently, with attention to detail, and are completely reliable.
- When handling sensitive personal data, you always act responsibly and with the necessary discretion.
